Concentrated Training Sessions

From Exhaustion to Resilience:

Keynote Arvin Mosley, JR will provide a specialized 3 hour training.

The last two years have left many of us exhausted and empty. From shifting work responsibilities, to back-to-back Zoom meetings, to juggling our kids’ schedules, to supporting the social emotional needs of your students … all with increasingly blurry boundaries between home and work. Too many of us are tired! A recent study found employee exhaustion level is at 61% and hasn’t declined in all of 2021. Improving resilience in the workplace gives organizations the capacity to deal with stress while building adaptability to change. In this workshop we will explore resilience—why it leads to improved well-being, and ways to build more of it in your own life … so you can serve your students fully and authentically.

Course Outcomes

Through a facilitated workshop including small-group time, reflective exercises, and class discussion, participants will gain self-awareness and learn tools they can implement today to build resilience.

Participants will:

  1. Understand signs and symptoms of exhaustion
  2. Define and understand what resilience is and why it matters.
  3. Learn tools to improve and enhance their resilience
  4. Create an individualized plan to build more resilience in their life.

Each participant will leave with a personalized action plan to take the next step on their leadership journey.
