The WA-ACTE FACSE Awards Program seeks to promote excellence in Family & Consumer Sciences Education by recognizing individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the field, programs that exemplify the highest standards, and organizations that have conducted activities to promote and expand Career and Technical Education programs.
There are eight categories of WA-ACTE FACSE awards. All awards are administered by the Association’s Awards Committee. The committee, is responsible for fostering nominations for each award, setting criteria for awards, reviewing applications, and recommending award recipients to the Board. All awards will be presented at the Awards Luncheon at Summer Conference.
