Farm Culinary 101: The Sustainable Kitchen PD

Quillisascut Farm has been offering career development workshops for food service professionals, teachers, and culinary arts students for 18 years. Participants get to expeierince food from farm to table, hands on in the gardeners and the kitchen.

Scholarships available 

Participants stay on the farm, all course materials, instruction and farm tours, meals and lodging included in tuition. (Transportation not included)
