Have you ever thought about taking your childhood development admin skills to the next level on a college campus?   As Manager of Child Development Services at Hayes Child Development Center, located on the Clover Park Technical College campus, you will step up to more education, community and student parent support. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of this high quality center, and work alongside the Center Director in meeting Early Achievers, NAEYC and CPTC standards; as well as perform other duties in her absence.

Successful candidate will work well under stress, be a self-starter who needs minimal direction in the day to day functionality of the Center, but understands when to seek guidance and/or delegate responsibilities. Must be tech savvy, quick thinking, creative, flexible, approachable, empathetic, with a great memory for detail and a natural ability to work well with young children and their families.

The Hayes Child Development Center at Clover Park Technical College’s Lakewood campus provides services for children, ages four weeks to five years, giving student parents a quality environment for their children to learn and develop School Readiness Skills for success in life. Childcare professionals build relationships with student parents who can experience a safe and supportive environment where basic needs and resources are available to ensure their families’ success at school and at home. Employees are “key” in the success of what we do.
