Summer Educator’s Culinary Workshop is coming up on June 25-27, 2018– Registration is now open!
This summer educator institute will focus on the Farm to Table cooking movement, sustainability practices and other related food sourcing issues. Class will be visiting farms, purchasing ingredients, creating menus based on fresh harvested ingredients. Then the group will prepare the menus for lunch tasting. We will end the three day session with brainstorming session on writing lesson plans to use in class rooms for farm to table and sustainability practices.
